Doubled sacred water from this floor applies incorrectly

When you purchase the boon for doubled sacred water on the floor at the vendor after completeing a floor, it comes off when you move on to the next floor; it should either a) apply to the next floor when purchased here, or b) not be offered by the end of floor vendor.
