Considered Casting with Trigger Skills

Does Considered Casting's new restriction to "Spell Skills you cast yourself" mean it no longer works with trigger spells like Elemental Storm now? Tooltip dps shows Considered Casting having an effect but it seems like maybe it shouldn't.

It works with choir of the storm's greater lightning bolt, so it's another oversight there.
