How can I interact with the Map Legend on the Atlas map?

Hi everyone,

When I look at the Atlas and open the Map Legend with L3, how can I actually check the explanations of every icon?

L3 opens the legend, but I don't know how I can actually interact with it.

Almost the same is the case for the character screen as well, I can interact with the main stats but not with the list underneath.

Anyone can point me to a way how I can interact with the legend and the character screen?
