Heavy Armour passive has no effect.

As the title states, i got the Heavy Armour passive and it has seemingly no effect. It states: "100% of Strength Requirements from Boots, Gloves and Helmets also added to Armour"
but there is no change to any of my stats. I have allocated it as a weapon set point and my armour does not increase when i use that set or the other.

UPDATE- The passive DOES work if i use a normal skill point, and not a weapon set point.

Got same problem here, the 150% of strength requirement doesn't apply in weapon set

yes, this is 100% doesn't work

Patch 0.4.0c same issue.
