Can't switch between accounts in PS5

I have two accounts linked and although I see both in my PS5, I can't switch between them. I keep getting logged in to the same one.

Same problem here! It's especially frustrating that after linking my account to PSN and Steam, I suddenly ended up with two accounts. On top of that, I lost three weeks of game progress. I had already reported all of this to support via email and message.

Now, after leveling up a new character for a month, I logged in today and can only see my old character and cant logg back to the other account!
How annoying is that!
