Subject: Quest Bug: Ascent to Power – Quest Item Not Dropping

Path of Exile Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with the quest "Ascent to Power". After defeating the boss Balbala in the quest area, the required quest item did not drop, preventing me from completing the quest.

Details:
Character Name: DIEHARDZ
Quest Name: Ascent to Power
Boss Name: Balbala
Map/Area: [Specify the area where Balbala was fought, e.g., The Oasis, The Temple, etc.]
Issue: After defeating Balbala, the quest item that I need to proceed did not drop. I am playing solo, and no other players were involved.
I have attempted the following steps to resolve the issue:

Resetting the instance and defeating the boss again.
Logging out and logging back in.
Checking my inventory and quest log to ensure the item wasn’t missed.
Unfortunately, these steps did not resolve the issue, and I am unable to progress further in the quest.
