Mantra of Destruction + Whirling assault combo bug

When using Mantra of Destruction empowered Whirling assault, Whirling assault no longer gains combo. Tested using by looking at tempest bell and another monk skill supported by culmination support gem

I hadn't noticed before, but this happens on my end as well.

+1. I had to switch to a new build, but it was buggy and I stopped midway. So I stopped playing until it was fixed.
