Budget "Defense" for Endgame Monks - Make the enemies as slow as the warriors.

Main Abilities:

Charge Staff with Maim
Blasphemy + Temporal Chains for that sweet slow
Zone of Control from the passive tree for even more sluggish enemies

Add Flicker Strike for mobility, and boom—I’ve got a budget defence setup until I can afford better ES gear. For a cheap mobility boost, slot in Frozen Locus, which chains with dodge to help you survive a bit longer.
