Chronomancer Question

Having difficulty getting this answered.


The skills in the tree, such as Temporal Rift and Time Freeze, have tooltips that show effects of quality. I.e., 10% cooldown reduction at max quality. How the heck do you improve quality of them? Gem cutters prisms won't work, they aren't gems.

Just wait for introduction of Ashes of the Stars or something like this. Quality is definitely innate property of any skill, that they have to fulfill to add it into the game.
