Path of exile 2 missing passive points bug

I have just had a bug occur where I had put three passive points on my skill tree and accidentally refunded a previous node in the skill tree and the nodes connected to it are now gone and it didn't refund the skill points. they are just gone now.

I just had this happen to me as well. Have you found a fix for it? I refunded "overwhelm", "two handed damage" and "attack speed and accuracy". Added one point into "attribute" selected Intelligence and it used my 2 remaining passive points and didnt count as selecting the "attribute int" passive
