[Xbox Series X - PoE2] Can not be invited to group even add any PC player

I keep crossplay on, but still can not add any PC player. Even they can add me, but after they send group invitation, nothing shown on my side, so totally can not group play with PC player, can not trade with any PC player, it's painful.
please fix this asap.
