Despair graphics bug when using Focused Curse

With any other support gems in my Despair skill, the ability goes off normally with the casting animation and the circle on the ground. When I add the Focused Curse support gem, the circle doesnt form on the ground but the casting appears to go off (mana spent and mobs cursed).

I have the same exact bug.

For me it was working with Focused Curse until i got Impending Doom on the passive tree. Something seems to break after curse activation delay reaches a certain threshold.

It starts working again if i respec Impending Doom or unslot Focused Curse.
