"Buffs expire slower" makes Sorcery Ward cooldown longer

Despite "Sorcery Ward" not being affected by any duration or cooldown support gems, if you allocate "Prolonged Assault" the "Buffs on you expire 10% slower" makes "Sorcery Ward" cooldown take longer.

This also means the "Time Paradox" option in the Trials of Chaos triples the speed that Sorcery Ward recharges.
