GAME POE 2 CRASH AND FREEZE WINDOWS

MY GAME AFTER LOGGING IN OR CHANGING THE MAP FREEZES WINDOWS, MY CONFIGURATION IS THIS:
RYZEN 7 5700X3D, NVIDIA RTX 3060, 16GB RAM 3600HZ, SSD M2 1TB

Known issue that is as of yet not responded to enough until resolved.

There has been references to this being "a windows issue" however it does beg the question how many programs (games or otherwise) are NOT being affected by this issue. There are other programs blaming their crashes also on windows though there is little information on how this issue is being address too Microsoft for a correction.

Silence at this point only serves to drag the game down and prevent many others from giving this game a try.
