Lost Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel due to a bug

Hello Support Team,

I lost my Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel due to a bug when I tried to use it in the Tree. After placing the jewel, it disappeared.
I just traded it for all of my 24 divine orbs :( an Oloroth one.

I lost my Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel due to game update it was placed in location next to "Dance with Death" which then converts to "Circular Teachings" I tried to find it in Tree but it has been changed due to new passive skills in tree. Now placing the jewel is impossible as the socket is gone and the jewel has disappeared. i would at least like the jewel back.
