After donating the hideout to my guild I found that while in the guild hideout if you get on a boat you will forever be stuck on a mooring point after exiting the boat. Has only happened in the guild version and is 100% re-creatable.
Steps to recreate:
1) join beacon of prosperity guild hideout through waypoint
2) click to board boat
3) click mooring point to exit
4) see that character is stuck in mooring point
Relog fixes issue and its not a huge one but something my guild has noticed.

same here dude been like that since it came out and really peeved that my expensive priced cosmetic has been broken like that since day 1.
