Why ShockWave Totem Nerfed ?

Marauder is already super un played, i did an ancestral / sunder totem, with shockwave build, and now shockwave dont even pop/proc , it was doing like 4 proc over 5 sec ish, now its nerf ? what its goin on GGG? im I crazy no1 play this build since game started, been a warbringer doing my things.

sometime i even put shockwave, double proc pop, and both today dont even attack, on top of monster... what is goin on ? bug or what

even in hide hide, sometime it pop, sometime now, what have you done to shockwave totem GGG? please help.

Bugged after patch. GGG is aware.
