Unplayable

After installing the latest patch, I wanted to know whether the game now runs more smoothly.
As feared, nothing has changed. It's currently 11 p.m. and the game is lagging like hell and the connection continues to be interrupted. Nothing has changed when it comes to screen tearing. Itemfilter doesn't work even though I reinstalled the game.
In one map I had 3 mobs that just didn't want to die. Sorry, but this game is no longer portable for the PS5.
