Bug Reference # 171183289: Svalinn Raise Shield Keybind + Current Workaround

When slotting Svalinn as your shield and binding raise shield to a hotkey, if you switch weapon sets (my second set doesn't include a shield), that keybind fails and stops working, even after changing weapon sets back to the original setup with a shield.

Triggering this manually and then re-binding that skill key with the raise shield skill fixes it for the remainder of that instance, but you'll have to re-perform The Majestic Shield Dance each time you go through a loading screen or your raise shield skill will stop working again.

Setup: 1-handed Mace+ Svalinn Unique Shield (Set 1) | 2-handed Macex2 (Set 2)
Totems bound to weapon set 2 only.

Steps to reproduce: Use totem, attempt to use raise shield keybind. Shield fails to raise.
Switch weapons, try again. Shield fails to raise.
Click raise shield skill icon, re-click raise shield to rebind, raise shield works.

This bug has still not been fixed and on top, my raise shield is getting unbound every now and again or switched with the bind that relates to the Cast on Block that I have to keep track of the cooldown.
