Purchased points through the PS App but points aren't showing

Also, unable to purchase points through game on PS5 as just a spinning symbol in corner and no option to purchase.

Meaning I'm missing out on the discounted Stash Tabs this weekend

ps: I found the solution while looking at other topics. If you download the first game and go to the market, the balances you bought in POE2 are loaded.

Bought points about 2 weeks ago, emailed support twice back then, again this weekend. No points.

I solved the problem by uninstalling the game, restoring, then restore license.
then make another small purchase. both the older purchase and the new purchase will go thru.

this is some kind of weird bug that happens on clients which played for some hours already...

the reason I tried this is because my minimap bugged out (again!) which requires me to reinstall the game again.
