80% of the builds are going to be complete butt if Herald of Ice/Thunder is nerfed (which is absolutely needs to be)

I was saying it since it first week. They should make heralds not to trigger themselves, and of course nerf stat stackers somehow. Mby make Unique weapon tier1 drop
