Party Bugs - Playstation to Playstation user

Running into this a lot lately where I cannot invite another playstation user to my party, and they cannot invite me to theirs. Just lost another 10d sale due to no auction house + no ability to invite someone to my party.

PoE 1 had extreme party bugs the likes no other game in history has suffered. Please don't make it ruin this game's grouping experience as well.
