Prism of Belief Diamond

Hi,

I just bought a Prism of belief diamond with +2 to levels of all shockwave totem skills. Sadly to say it does absolutely NOTTING!!. All that goes up is the number of the shockwave totem but thats it.

Thb this feels like i am scammed. Dunno if this item is bugged or all these things don't work now but for anybody wondering buying these things.. don't do that.

off topic... for the love of god. plz implement an AH. Trading this way feels so wrong and it is 2025.. not 2001.

Game so far is the best thing i played since D2 :)
Good luck fixing all the bugs/class imbalance, skills and items.

Yeah same, for the skeletal snipers + 3 it aint working.
