Screen resolution problem on poe 2

Before the update, the game filled the entire screen, both in width and height.
At the moment, and despite having the full screen option selected, there is a gap of about 2cm above and another below.
The fact is that it negatively interferes with the gaming experience since there are tabs that go over and remain in the black area, which the mouse pointer cannot reach.
A quick solution is needed.
