[Guide] Hexblast blood mage | 5m DPS

2 weeks ago I posted a low cost build for Hexblast blood mage. This is the "I am rich version" since I got lucky and got some good drops.

There are quite a few changes since the original build, towards survivability and damage thanks to POB.
