Cannot pick up ground loot

I was playing today and I can see highlighted drops from my loot filter but can’t pick up anything and only see the highlighted colors from the loot filter. If I remove the loot filter I don’t see anything on the ground.

Deleted and reinstalled the game, deleted all my loot filters, and I’ve tried playing with the graphics but nothing works. If I drop an item on the ground it will disappear. Anyone else experience this?
