Cannot complete map

Map is Deserted

Joined the map, explored as much as I could, but there is no way to move further into the map because there is no path. I see enemies and it says there are more than 50, but cannot find a way to get over there. It seems like tents and things spawned, blocking the way forward. The map even shows there is no way towards it
