premiums stash tab became normal

hello , ive alredy sent a mail regarding this problem , i bought five euro of coins from pc , and bought a premium stash tab , and a upgrade tab to premium , today still got this problem ;
the stash i had become normal when i bought the premium stash tab , and today when i bought the upgrade , another one become white , so two of the premium stash i got , became normal stash and arent' premium anymore, can u guys resolve it?
