[Mercenary] Tempest Shockburst Gemling - Hybrid Crossbow & Staff, Simulacrum Certified

As a crossbow enjoyer, I found a really hard time passing Simulacrum even after reaching millions of DPS and having cleared most other endgame content (Arbiter of Ash, Xesht +4, etc)

I am not sure how many other people with crossbow having the same or similar issues, but I would like to share my solution to this problem.

The trick is simple: just use Pillar of Caged God as 2nd weapon and spam Tempest Flurry for melee-range AoE, nearly no changes on passives from crossbow build, works out-of-box, and problem solved.
