Maps start resetting

At some point during early engame, a glitch kicks in where every time I exit a waypoint/map, when I get back from town for example, it resets the map as if I've not traveled it (different from when you leave for more than 8 minutes).

The fix for this currently is to un-install and re-install the game. It happened twice so far, and both times where on seperate characters after reaching endgame and getting to around tier ~4.

This is on the PS5.
