Cannot equip weapon and does not tell why

I have a Titan lv 60

I just got a Torment Wreck Advanced Leaden Greathammer. It’s corrupted with 3 rune slots. Also it requires lv 59 and 135 str. I have the Giants Blood passive.

When I try to equip it, it shows a message saying that I need unequip Shield Charge skill (don’t know why) to equip it. I did. Even with GB I unequiped the Shield. Also nothing. Now it simply does not allow me to equip and does not tell me why.

Anyone got an issue like this?
