Keep crashing while trying to zone into Act 1: The Manor Ramparts

game keeps crashing while trying to zone into The Manor Ramparts. been hours and still the same issue. not even sure if i want to reroll in the event the same issue happens again.

Same thing happen to me, I tried to level another character and same thing happen when I got there again......

Same. Character currently stuck in the manor as I cannot interact with anything, items, waypoints etc.
