Missing Wisp

I just finished Azok Bog in Act 3, Delwynn was waiting for me by the final lever (before going back to speaking to Alva). Wisp came and went and Delwynn is like "OH WE LOST IT" like really?? It started to gather and than it was over, but it had nowhere to go either so....

I lost the wisp in the first tutorial. I had to reset the tutorial zone and do it again. Ever since then he has spawned like 5 times in various zones.. I just finished ACT1 and into ACT2, the first zone he spawned and again no wisp.

He just stands there. You can interact but there is no quest marker or anything. I've cleared the entire zone looking, but no wisp.

I also sometimes find Delwynn, but no wisp. This is at least the third time.

Matlan Waterways, Wisp activated and went away within a few seconds.

I am also _frequently_ encountering Delwynn with no wisp present. This most commonly happens in more cramped dungeons like Venom Crypts and The Lost City.

This is a frustrating and boring experience. At times, no uniques remain in the dungeon but I have 100% experienced the lack of wisp and then run into more uniques within the dungeon. If this is failing due to lack of unique or proximity -- simply have the wisp travel a ways and then CREATE a unique to battle.

Wisps despawn if the last rare is killed.
