"vk::Queue::submit::ErrorDeviceLost" happens way too much

I don't know if it's mean, but when I initially login to the game I'll occasionally get this. No rhyme or reason to it. Really needs fixing.

guys you gotta fix this, aive already done everything, only deleting vk or dx cache resolves. so anoying
