This has been an habitual problem with the placement of POE NPCs and mechanic elements going back years, recurring in many different leagues and expansions.

I can only hope that going forward GGG places more emphasis on preventing and testing for blocking of other mechanics. Please do more than spot-fix individual cases when they appear.
