the new Wings of the Valkyrie Level-Up Effect doesn't play the level up sound

I doubt it's intended that it doesn't play that satisfying "ahhh!" sound when you level up, that's what makes this new MTX feel lackluster

Do you know *where* it's located in the cosmetics menus? Can't find it. I did hit the equip button after the purchase.
