Crashing on PS5, and a bug to report

So I was playing and loading back into town and game crashed, so okay fine and load back into poe2 click on my huntress and as soon as it tries to load crashes into game have tried it multiple times and have nothing. Side note also ah e a bug where I cannot get my first quest for ascendancy to work every-time I talk to Zarka she doesn’t say anything about the quest for it but it’s constantly there.
