POE 2 Infinite loading screen

Putting this ticket in for another account xbox gt Papa WooWoo. He was in the trails of chaos and loaded back to town. Since doing that he is unable to load into his character. we have signed in from multiple devices and done most basic troubleshooting with no fix yet. It seems to be server side. need assistance

I am experiencing the same thing on xbox, trying to load chimera wetlands after finishing trial of chaos. Stuck on loading screen

I used a way point to travel to Chimera Wetlands. Got stuck on loading screen, closed the game, and can no longer get past the loading screen. Xbox gametag: IAteOctopusOnce

I am having the same issue on ps5 exited chimera wetlands to travel to Matlan waterways now character will not load

Similar situation on Xbox too, tried warping to a friend in Chimera Wetlands and now I'm stuck on loading screen despite multiple restarts, console restarts and a reinstall

Same issue loading into Trials of Chaos. Left to sell item. Went back and infinite loading screen. Help!!
