Cannot put precursor tablets in taken tower

I completed a Lost Tower map yesterday but am unable to insert tablets. When I click the tower, nothing happens. The tower is green as if it is complete and already used. I can however open and insert tablets in a nearby "bluff tower" but it then says (correctly) that it is already used when I click the "Influence"-button.

I tried doing another map and of course restarting the game, but no success.

I'm having the same issue, I just completed a tower (did not die if that matters), it had the 6 modifiers required to unlock 3 slots for precursor tablets, but when I click on the tower, the menu to add the precursor tablets doesn't open.

Logging out and logging back into the game didn't help
