My uncapped resistance value doesn't show up

My uncapped values for my resistance doesn't not show up in brackets.

It shows I have 75% cold with by belt with 11% cold resistance on. When i take it off it it shows i have 70%. Which should mean i am 6% over capped and I should have 75% [81%] but that should show.

I asked people in chat. They believe it's a bug as well.
