Crossbow Skills & Flask Support Gems

Linking crossbow skills with Ambrosia or Concoct support gem causes them to consume flask charges when switching to that skills ammo type and then again when shooting. Makes them pretty much unplayable when just switching ammo types consumes your flask charges.

Its a big failure this gem in any means. Need to be fixed
