Essentia Sanguis and Leech

I was really hoping to build a physical dmg / crit build based around Essentia Sanguis. I Have life leech on my bow, rings, nodes, and even support gems. Despite all of that stacking my ES regen doesnt seem to be impacted, at least its not scaling. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into this?

Looks like this is the first topic about essentia sanguinis bug, made in april 2025. So, nine months have passed and the bug still exists. Nice work guys, great attitude to player base.
