Cannot use the direct whisper function on POE2 Trade

I am trying to hit "direct whisper" but it just shows greyed out with a yellow triangle saying "item must be refreshed". I have tried refreshing my pages, searching different items, etc. It's always there and I was just making trades yesterday.

This actually fixed it. Apparently my time got set to a different central time zone. Thanks a lot!
