Curse duration nodes not increasing curse duration

I was just messing about with my passive tree and noticed that curse duration went up after i specc'ed out of the Fated end wheel and into the Chronomancy wheel. When i tried respeccing the Curse duration nodes, it turned out that (at least via the tool tip) it doesn't seem to be affecting the duration of the curse.

Tl;DR, Curse duration nodes on the tree dont seem to be doing anything, but normal duration increases do.

I can confirm this is still happening. However I do believe this is simply a tool tip error. I've counted and it does seem to apply still.
