Advanced Info scrolling for skills on console needs a fix.

When using the "Advanced info" in the skills
menu on Xbox, I can't just scroll half way. It's either all the way at the top, or all the way at the bottom. I can't see the advanced Info in the middle of the menu, because it won't scroll half way.

Please fix this GGG

Yes, it's a big problem for me too.
