Stuck on loading screen - please resolve this

I would really appreciate it if someone from support could help resolve this issue since i find it to be very annoying.

Character name: Cissandre (lich)
Console: Playstation 5
Server: new server with latest patch

Been stuck on loading screen since last night 10:30pm, when i went to load the act 3 cruel: infested barrens map. Tried closing game client and restarting, did not work. Tried waiting for 15 min (figured this might work with portal closing). Did not work. Waited an entire day, still did not work.

Doesn’t matter how long i wait, whether it be 2 minutes or 30 minutes, the loading screen remains.

Since i have tried everything that comes to mind i post this i the hope someone from support can solve this (without a repeat as soon as i reload the map since I have to go through the storyline).

Fyi, if anything is annoying for players I would assume it’s these issues that still seem to occur quite often. Maybe more time should be spend on fixing these.

Found a way to solve it, play another character, just login and using teleport several times. then logout and back to the main character.
