Cannot use any skills or portal after opening strongbox

This has happened multiple times now and I've been able to reproduce it about once an hour farming strongboxes.

Clicking on a strongbox sometimes disables all skills and town portal. Dying does not remove this effect. Only logging out and back in removes this.
