Atlas fog + can't comlete map

I’m having an issue with the Atlas in POE2:

I can’t complete a map. Even though I get the message that the map is completed (whether it’s about killing all rare mobs or killing the boss), the map node on the Atlas doesn’t turn green — it stays yellow and asks me to socket another waypoint.

The entire Atlas is covered in fog. Sometimes restarting POE2 or switching characters helps, but after “completing” a map (see point 1) the fog is still everywhere. Screenshot attached.

I can’t complete a map too!

The SAME HERE ... but only on PS5 PRO console (in Standart Softcore). Because of this, it has become nearly impossible to play normally or make meaningful progress through the Atlas.

Same here AND i can't comeback to Realmgate / Monolith to open Boss, the fog already cover it.
