Issues on PS5

Hello dear support team,
My two friends and I are playing Path of Exile 2 on the PS5 and we often encounter a problem where, when we start a map in the Atlas, our game gets stuck on the loading screen. Restarting the game or the console doesn’t help. Most of the time, the issue resolves itself only after being offline for several hours.

Is this a known issue? And do you have any suggestions or solutions for it?
We’ve also tried logging into other characters, and those work without any problems — the issue always remains with the one specific character that can't log in.

Experiencing the same issue but it seems like the team really does not care about the console community. Me and friends havent been able to play for over 2 weeks as we are getting stuck in a map and for 2 solid weeks the issuae has not resolved itself. Numerous of emails and fake promises later we still havent had a fix.
