Freeze -> Loading Screen -> Dead

So as you can see in the title, I encounter a problem every map or pinnacle boss. Each map, my screen suddenly freezes, the game goes through a not responding state and after that the loading screen (2 cogwheels working) its shown on my screen, while the monsters and everything else is attacking me. While this happens, my map progress is deleted (meaning that I don't see the explored areas) and my character is "pulled" by a misterious force in a direction.
It's not really a freeze, because my ping pumps up to 20000-30000, then the loading screen occurs. I've seen this problem to others on youtube, but still no way to fix it.

Bumping because I also have this issue. Occurs about once or twice per map. Even happened in another player's hideout today.

Same. Freeze and server disconnection happens a lot on me too.
Instead of death, I encounter rollbacks and weird state after back to game.
